1. Add broccoli slaw and ¼-cup ranch dressing to medium bowl.
2. In separate small bowl, combine 2-tablespoons ranch dressing and cream cheese.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas.
4. Arrange roast beef slices on top of cream cheese layer.
5. Top with broccoli slaw.
6. Roll tortilla tightly to enclose filling.
7. Cut crosswise diagonally into 1-1/2 inch wide pieces.
