Cucumber Sandwich

Simple brunch style sandwich. Rye bread slices topped with Italian dressing mixture and cucumber slices.
Ingredients -
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-Style Salad Dressing Mix
1 (1 pound) Loaf Cocktail Rye Bread, sliced thinly
1 Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
 
Preparation:

1. Combine mayonnaise and salad dressing mix in medium bowl.

2. Arrange cocktail rye bread slices on serving platter.

3. Spread or use pastry bag and squeeze mayonnaise mixture on bead slices.

4. Top each bread slice with cucumber slice.

Storing Cucumbers
Store cucumbers in the refrigerator in the crisper. Keep them in a loosely wrapped plastic bag for best results.

Store the mayonnaise and Italian Dressing mixture overnight so the flavors can blend, before using.
