Sub Sandwich

French bread topped with Genoa salami, roast beef, ham, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper. Topped with swiss cheese and a creamy Italian dressing.
Ingredients -
1 loaf (1 pound) French Bread, cut horizontally lengthwise
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, softened
4 ounces Swiss Cheese, sliced
1/2 pound Genoa Salami, sliced
2 cups shredded Lettuce
2 medium Tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 pound fully Cooked Ham, thinly sliced
1 medium Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Creamy Italian Dressing
 
Preparation:

Special Sauce:

Add mayonnaise, sour cream, prepared hot mustard, prepared horseradish, minced scallions, chopped fresh dill to bowl. Mix well.

Assemble Sandwich:

1. Spread sauce on cut sides of bread slices.

2. Layer ham, roast beef, Genoa salami, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle slices, sliced onion, pepperoncini on one bread slice. Top with remaining slice.
