1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Slice loaf of crusty Italian Bread lengthwise.
3. Add melted butter, Dijon mustard, scallions, poppy seeds, horseradish and pepper to small bowl. Stir to combine.
4. Brush butter mixture over both sides of each slice of bread.
5. Layer deli ham and Colby Jack cheese on one slice of bread, place other slice of bread on top.
6. Cut sandwich into 3-inch portions.
7. Wrap tightly in foil and bake 15 minutes.
8. Unwrap and serve hot.
