Favorite Submarine Sandwich

Italian bread topped with lettuce, sandwich meats, cheese, green pepper and olives.
Ingredients -
3 cups shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing, divided
1 loaf Italian Bread, cut in half lengthwise
1 (10 ounces) package Assorted Sandwich Meats
4 slices American Cheese
1 medium Green Pepper, thinly sliced
1 can sliced Black Olives
 
Preparation:

1. Add shredded lettuce to small bowl. Toss with half the ranch dressing.

2. Brush cut surfaces of Italian bread with remaining dressing.

3. Layer sandwich meats, American cheese slices, green pepper slices, sliced black olives and lettuce mixture on bottom half of bread.

4. Top with remaining bread slice.
