Delicious Ham Grinder

French bread topped with deli ham, provolone cheese, green pepper, red onion, and tomato.
Ingredients -
1 clove Garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 pound Ham, thinly sliced
1 Tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 of very thinly sliced Red Onion
1 Green Pepper, seeded and cut into rings
1 (14 ounces) loaf French Bread, split lengthwise
4 ounces thinly sliced Provolone Cheese
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to small bowl. Whisk to combine.

3. Layer, sliced ham, sliced tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, and sliced green peppers on bottom half of French bread.

4. Drizzle vinaigrette over green peppers. Top vinaigrette with provolone cheese slices.

5. Top cheese with French bread.

6. Wrap sandwich in foil. Bake 10 minutes.
