Baked Italian Sub Sandwich

Sandwich roll topped with Italian dressing, deli salami, turkey, ham, provolone cheese, tomato and onion.
Ingredients -
6 (8-inch) Hoagie Sandwich Rolls, split
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 pound sliced Deli Salami
1/2 pound sliced Deli Turkey
1/2 pound sliced Deli Ham
1/2 pound sliced Deli Provolone Cheese
1 large Tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 medium Onion, thinly sliced
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

2. Brush cut side of hoagie sandwich rolls with dressing.

3. Layer salami, turkey, ham, provolone cheese, tomato and onion slices on hoagie bottoms.

4. Wrap sandwiches tightly in aluminum foil.

5. Bake 12-15 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and serve warm.

Use your favorite Italian dressing brand and flavor, or for an extra treat make a homemade dressing.

A nice, red, yellow, or white onion will work in this sandwich. The difference is in the amount of bite you like from your onion.
