Chicken Salad Sandwich

Simple chicken salad sandwich can be prepared in minutes.
Ingredients -
1 cup cubed Cooked Chicken
1 cup Celery, sliced
4 teaspoons Minced Onion
4 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
4 slices Artisan Bread
Butter
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Add cubed cooked chicken, sliced celery, minced onion, fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, and paprika to medium bowl.

3. Spread butter on bread.

4. Top with chicken salad.

5. Bake on baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
