1. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken with dried tart cherries and sliced green onions.
2. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, plain yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.
3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over chicken and mix gently to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
5. Serve chicken salad on sliced croissants, bagels or gourmet bread.
6. Top with lettuce and garnish with parsley.
