Turkey Panini

Italian style sandwich featuring turkey, mango chutney, red onion and roasted red bell pepper. Served on sourdough bread, topped with Jarlsberg cheese and grilled until warmed through and the cheese has melted.
Ingredients -
8 (1/2" thick) slices from White or Sourdough Bread
1/4 cup Mango Chutney
½ pound sliced Turkey Breast
1 small Red Onion, sliced
12 ounces jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained
4 ounces sliced Jarlsberg Cheese
 
Preparation:

1. Spray grill pan or skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Heat over medium heat.

3. Spread 4 bread slices with 1-tablespoon mango chutney.

4. Top remaining 4 bread slices with turkey, sliced red onion, roasted red peppers, and Jarlsberg cheese.

5. Cover with bread slices, chutney side down.

6. Cook 5 minutes, turn and cook 5 minutes.
