1. Spray grill pan or skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Heat over medium heat.
3. Spread 4 bread slices with 1-tablespoon mango chutney.
4. Top remaining 4 bread slices with turkey, sliced red onion, roasted red peppers, and Jarlsberg cheese.
5. Cover with bread slices, chutney side down.
6. Cook 5 minutes, turn and cook 5 minutes.
