Grilled Steak Panini

Hearty bread topped with grilled steak, roasted red peppers and ranch dressing. Grilled until brown and served warm.
Ingredients -
4 slices Sourdough or Artisan Bread
1/2 pound Sirloin Steak
4 Roasted Red Peppers
1/4 cup Ranch, Rustic Ranch, or Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.

2. Grill sirloin steak to desired doneness.

3. Remove steak from grill and rest 5 minutes.

4. Slice against grain and set aside.

5. Spread dressing on bread.

6. Layer sliced sirloin on dressing. Top with roasted red peppers and bread slice.

7. Grill 2-3 minutes, turn and grill other side.
