Sandwiches:
1. Cut bread slices diagonally.
2. Arrange four of the cut toast pieces (two full slices) on each plate so that they overlap.
3. Place avocados on toast pieces.
4. Spoon crab over the avocado.
5. Pour cheese sauce over crab and garnish with paprika and tomato slices.
Cheese Sauce:
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 cups Milk
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1. Add melted butter to small bowl.
2. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with whisk.
3. Add cheddar cheese to milk mixture.
4. Cook in microwave until sauce is bubbly, about 1 minute. Stop occasionally to stir.
