1. Add bbq sauce, applesauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar to small bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium low heat.
3. Sauté tenderloin strips 2 minutes.
4. Pour in bbq sauce mixture and reduce heat to low. Simmer 3 minutes.
5. Spoon coleslaw onto bun bottoms. Top coleslaw with pork strips.
6. Spoon sauce from skillet over pork.
Crispy Cole Slaw:
1 cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
16 ounces bag Coleslaw Mix
1 cup shredded Red Cabbage
1 Red Apple, cored, cut into sticks
1/2 cup shredded Carrot
1. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, celery seeds and salt in medium bowl.
2. Stir in coleslaw mix, red cabbage, red apple, and carrot.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
4. Serve chilled.
