1. Heat grill pan over stove top.
2. Cut bread into 8 slices.
3. Layer 4 slices with pickle, pork slices and cheese.
4. Spread mustard over cheese.
5. Top with 4 remaining slices of bread
6. Place sandwiches on grill and place skillet or heavy plates on sandwiches.
7. Grill 3 minutes per side. Cheese should be melted.
8. Cut sandwiches diagonally and serve.
