Bacon Asparagus And Cheese Sandwich

Asparagus tips topped with bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese. Served on sourdough bread.

Ingredients -

8 slices Bacon, cooked crisp and drained
1 (10 ounces) can Asparagus Tips, drained
4 thick slices Sourdough Bread, lightly toasted
4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation:

1. Position oven rack immediately under broiler.

2. Preheat oven broiler.

3. Place asparagus tips on sourdough bread slices.

4. Top asparagus with slices of bacon and cheese.

5. Toast under broiler until cheese is melted.
