BBQ Pork Sandwich

Shredded pork roast served on buns and topped with hickory flavored barbecue sauce.
Ingredients -
6 pounds Pork Butt Roast
Garlic Salt, to taste
1 (18 ounces) bottle Hickory Flavored Barbecue Sauce
8 Hamburger Buns
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Place pork roast in a baking dish, season with garlic salt, and cover with foil.

3. Bake 3 ½ hours, or until meat thermometer inserted reaches 160 F.

4. Preheat outdoor grill, indoor grill, or place grill pan on stovetop over medium high heat.

5. Grill pork roast 10 minutes per side.

6. Return roast to baking dish and shred using two forks.

7. Stir in barbecue sauce and return to oven 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

8. Spoon bbq pork onto hamburger buns and serve.
