Sandwich Making Tip
Ground Beef
The fat in beef cooks off, so the leaner the beef, the more beef you are left with in the Dutch oven after browning it. Make a point of draining off as much of the excess fat as you can using a spoon, and blotting with paper towels. The effort is worth it.
Sandwich Making Tip
Large Hamburger Buns
This is a messy sandwich, so purchase a bun that is up to the task. Nothing is worse than the bottom of the bun becoming saturated and essentially useless.
