1. Preheat broiler.
2. Add white albacore tuna, sliced pimientos, chopped red onion, sliced black olives, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and fresh cilantro to large bowl, Stir to combine.
3. Divide avocado slices among 4 toasted bread slices.
4. Top with tuna salad and chipotle cheddar cheese.
5. Broil 1 minute.
6. Top with remaining toasted white bread.
