Crockpot Shredded Pork

Boneless, pork loin slow cooked with sliced onion, chili sauce, beer, brown sugar, and horseradish. Served hot on sandwich rolls.
Ingredients -
1 Boneless Whole Pork Loin Roast (2 to 3 pounds), cut in half
1 large Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Beer
1 cup Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
8 Sandwich Rolls, split
 
Preparation:

1. Place pork loin roast halves in crockpot.

2. Top pork roast with thinly sliced onion.

3. Add beer, chili sauce, brown sugar, and horseradish to small bowl.

4. Pour sauce over pork.

5. Cover crockpot, cook on LOW 6 hours.

6. Remove pork roast. Shred with forks.

7. Return meat to cooking juices.

8. Heat through.

9. Serve shredded pork on sandwich rolls.
