Crockpot BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Beef round roast slow cooked until tender. Shredded beef is served on hoagie rolls.
Ingredients -
3-4 pound Beef Round Roast
1.2 cup Water
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 White Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Water
10-12 Sub Sandwich or Hoagie Rolls
 
Preparation:

1. Place beef round roast in crockpot. Cut 2-3 pieces, if necessary.

2. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW 10 hours.

3. At the same time, combine water, ketchup, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, coarse salt, granulated sugar, dry mustard, chopped white onion in small bowl. Refrigerate 10 hours.

4. Remove beef from crockpot and shred with 2 forks.

5. Pour sauce over shredded beef. Stir to combine. Cover and heat on LOW 2 hours.

6. Carefully spoon onto sandwich rolls using slotted spoon.
