Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce

Brilliant homemade barbecue that can be made in minutes.
Ingredients -
1 cup Ketchup
6 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Distilled White Vinegar
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
3 tablespoons finely minced Yellow Onion
4 teaspoons Hickory Flavor Liquid Smoke
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Granulated White Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
 
Preparation:

1. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, butter, distilled white vinegar, yellow mustard, minced onion, liquid smoke, Tabasco sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, and salt to medium saucepan.

2. Stir to combine.

3. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Store refrigerated in airtight container.

Use unsalted butter if you have it, otherwise regular butter is fine, adjust the salt level when preparing the sauce.
