1. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
2. Sauté chicken 8 minutes, turn and sauté 8 more minutes, or until juices run clear and centers are no longer pink.
3. Spread thousand island dressing on cut sides of sandwich buns.
4. Layer sautéed chicken, lettuce leaves, tomato slices and cooked bacon on bottom halves of buns.
5. Top with bun tops and serve.
