Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

Seasoned chicken breasts pan-fried, topped with bacon and jack cheese. Served on hamburger buns and topped with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.
Ingredients -
8 slices Bacon, cooked crisp and drained
4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast Halves
2 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Hamburger Buns, split
4 Lettuce Leaves
4 slices Tomato
1/2 cup thinly sliced Onions
12 slices Dill Pickle
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to medium heat.

2. Rub chicken breasts with poultry seasoning.

3. Place chicken breasts on grill.

4. Cook 6 minutes, turn and cook 6 minutes, or until no longer pink in center and juices run clear.

5. Top chicken with bacon and pepper jack cheese. Cover and grill 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

6. Place chicken breasts on bun bottoms.

7. Top cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle slices.

Poultry seasoning is found on the spice aisle and is generally a blend of thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper and nutmeg.
