Sandwich Making Tip
Lean Ground Beef
It is the ground sirloin that makes this a steak burger. If you have to substitute ground beef, it will not take flavor from the burger.
Sandwich Making Tip
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Blue cheese can be found in most supermarkets and delis. You could substitute a tablespoon of your favorite blue cheese salad dressing for the real blue cheese, but it is not recommended.
