Garlic Pepper Blue Cheese Burger

Lean ground beef mixed with blue cheese and a garlic pepper blend. Patties are grilled, served on onion buns, and topped with tomato slices.
Ingredients -
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
2 ounces (1/2 cup) Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic-Pepper Blend
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 Onion Buns, split
4 Tomato slices
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. Combine lean ground beef, crumbled blue cheese, garlic pepper blend and salt in medium bowl.

3. Shape in to 4 patties.

4. Place patties on grill and cook 10-12 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.

5. If desired, toast onion buns.

6. Place patties on bun bottoms, top with tomato slices and additional blue cheese.

7. Cover with top halves of buns.
