Bread Machine - White Potato Bread

Easy bread machine recipe combines potato flakes with bread flour and dry milk flour to produce a nice airy bread with the flavor of potatoes.
Ingredients -
2-1/2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
1-1/4 cups Warm Water
4 cups Flour
1/4 cup Dry Potato Flakes
1/4 cup Dry Milk Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 cup White Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter
 
Preparation:

1. Add active dry yeast, warm water, flour, dry potato flakes, dry milk flour, sal, sugar, and butter to your bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.

2. Select the “basic” or “white” cycle. Press start.

3. Check dough after 10 minutes and make any necessary adjustments.
