1. Preheat skillet over medium low heat.
2. Place 4 bread slices on work surface.
3. Spread chutney equally on 4 slices of bread.
4. Top chutney with arugula and brie cheese.
5. Top brie with remaining bread slices.
6. Melt butter. Brush sandwich tops with ½ butter. Turn and brush bottoms with remaining butter.
7. Place sandwiches in skillet, cook 4 minutes, turn and cook 4 additional minutes.
